Being in relationship can prove difficult at times. Experiencing hurt from infidelity, having difficulties communicating, or growing tensions can lead to feeling like you must either end your relationship or remain and continue suffering. I want to help you rebuild a foundation of mutual support, attunement and shared vulnerability to improve communication and resolve conflict. Pre-marital therapy is also a great way to start your life together.
